The purpose of training is to train with purpose. Since 2001, I have been actively involved in the strength & conditioning field. Over the years i have had the privilege and experience of working with professional organizations, high level athletes, top level schools in D1/D2/D3, as well as general fitness-enthusiasts of all levels. All of these opportunities have given me the knowledge, experience, and ability needed to put you at the top of your game. My programming is designed to always protect the client’s health, enhance their athletic ability, and educate them so that there is clear understanding on What-How-When-Why we are doing specific things a certain way.
